Sorry to post this here, I supppose this is not the place of this topic, but I don't find any other else.
I want to read a 300 ZX stock chip to find the fuel Map and the timing Map to compare with a Ash.bin file but when I read the chip in my eprom reader I have a strange file like this :
00 00 00 00 00 00 ...
00 00 00 00 00 00...
00 00 00 00 00 00...
And like that on all the table from 0000 to 7FFF I don't understand ...
This strange file occure when I tried to read a 180 SX stock file, from 0000 to 3FFF there is a file like this :
04 16 04 16 04 16 04 ...
04 16 04 16 04 16 04 ...
and from 4000 to 7FFF it's a hex file. This make me a little embarrsed because I can't read the K value and the Fuel map...
I precise I have a Willem Eprom programmer, and I think I don't have enough voltage to read the eprom that's why I have a strange file like that. I ask you if you have any other solution ?
Thank you for reading to me ! |

Assuming you have the programmer set for the right chip??
You can use Romeditor or Zcontrol to read valves not in hex |
