Who knows what needs an ECU to start outside a car ?

12V and ground of course, but on wich wiring for a CA18DET ?

And does it need anything else to start ?

Put 12V & ground to the pins located near pin 1 (right side)
Put 12V & ground to the injector circuit (left side)

Injectors circuit is powered separatly.

Without any sensor, you will get immedialty 2 error codes :
0x43 for engine temp (infinite resistance)
another one I don't remember.
