This is 28-pin socket that normally takes a 27C128,27C256. You can use 2 map on your ECU Support 27x512 chip.
Price = 20 usd.

Which pin is switched with the pull down resistor?
Do you have a model for 27C128 ==> 27C256 ? This would require A14 to be switched in this way. |

You can use the board and you can put first map to address 0000-3FFF and copy to 4000-7FFF and put second map to address 8000-BFFF and copy to C000-FFFF
