As was promised, here is schematic of amplifier to add voltage offset to AFM output signal.

Description:
"VSTUP" mean INPUT of signal from AFM
"VYSTUP" mean OUTPUT of adjusted signal from amplifier to ECU
trimmer for adjusting voltage offset is designed KEY=A
At the left side is V2 voltage connection, what is 12V supply voltage.
