Sorry to distirb you, but I have a CA18DET stage 3 file with Z32 maf and 555 cc injectors, but in stead of a 27128 stock chip, I have a 27C256 chip... It is normal ?

it is ok, you can use also larger eprom than 128kb, you must set correct offset for programming it to get file at the end of memory space. for 256kb eprom is offset 4000h.

Sorry, but, if I only copy this eprom to another 27C256 I don't need offset ? The offset is only if I copy this 256 to a 128 stock ? no?

if original bin size is 16kb (this is normal ca18det bin size), then you must use offset for 256k eprom. if original bin size is 32kb (2x normal ca18det bin), you dont need any offset for 256kb or you need 4000h offset for 512k eprom. for offset you must decide by the bin size that you will program to eprom.
