if you need just one connector, drop Jason at Blazt an email...he usually has them in stock.

does it only happen on your own car or also on others ?

if so, it may be caused by a bad ground of the ECU or some other electronic component.

Are you using a USB/VCP port ?
Some USB-serial chipsets/cables seem to be sensitive to the (static) noise created by a running engine, causing bad/lost connections etc.
Again, also here better/extra grounding of important elec. components may help

I have used several programming languages (also Delphi), but never really had any communication problems using a native serial/RS232 port, unless there was someting wrong with the ECU or in a very rare case with the alternator (output of over 17V, causing the ECU to almost fry when the engine was running)

and ofcourse, make sure you use this Delphi comport library/vcl: http://sourceforge.net/projects/comport/

it's the best Cport VCL for Delhi (IMO)

This is a unmodified 41P60 ROM from a US 1992 manual twinturbo.

no changes have been made to it....

have you opened the ECU to verify the EPROM has been changed/socketed ?

you can't...

you'll need the injector specifications from the manufacturer.
This will tell you the exact flowrates and latency

have you checked your fuelpressure ?

the 22680 30p00 is the correct partnr. for a Z32 AFM, but buying second hand and especially from ebay, can be hit or miss.

the AFM maybe be defective or maybe even a relabeled AFM from another Nissan.

try to get another (good) Z32 AFM to confirm if it's your current AFM or another problem

or..have the eprom (re)programmed for the RB20 AFM

-Eric

PS: fuel sensor error isn't critical...this sensor is hardly used.
VG30DET also has a knock sensor at the same exact location as the VG30DE(TT)

maybe the injector driver or something else in the ECU burns out after a while because of a wiring issue or faulty sensor/injector ...

you can use this utility to read/write bin files to/from the romulator/zemulator:

>> the fuelpressure is 4 bar

I think there's your main "problem"
the race cams obviously also have an influence on the idle...

the 850cc is rated at 3 bar
at 4 bar they probably flow around 990 cc and the latency time is influenced by an unknown percentage.

Any reason you have set the pressure to 4 bar ?
does you car have over 850 hp ?

if you absolutely need to have it at 4 bar, then best is to have the injectors flow tested at 4 bar to see how much they flow exactly and if all injectors flow the same amount.
Also important is that your fuelpump is able to keep the pressure up to 4 bar all the time, all across the rev range and under full boost.

if one of these variables fails, it has absolutely no use to have the fuelpressure at 4 bar and you should set it back to 3 bar and (fine) tune from there..

PostForum: 300zx Chip Tuning   Posted: Sat Jul 12, 2008 7:24 pm   Subject: need help for 740cc and dual intake !
this is a common problem for dual intake/single MAF setups on the Z32.
This is mainly due to the imbalanced air "consumption" at idle (LH intake uses more air at idle then RH side)

an extra air balancing bar/pipe before the throttle bodies (as shown in the picture below) sometimes helps.

even better is a dual AFM or MAP based setup

what Sard injectors are you using exactly ? for the latency values as recommended by Sard look here:

http://www.sardracing.com/products/Injectors.htm

for true 850cc injectors (are you sure it's not the 800cc sard ones?)
the K-value should be around 146
